From our perspective starting on the lower end of the Universal hierarchy we have temporal dimensions consisting of frozen 3-D bubble Universes representing the smallest increment of time possible known as Plank Time. Then we have Parallel Dimensions within the space of our own Universe slightly out of phase with the frequency at which our own Universe vibrates at. There are also Parallel Universes that might be near identical to this one, or totally different which are all eventually related by a common Multiverse. Finally there are the higher dimensions of existence consisting of extra dimensions beyond our four dimensional Universe in which we live as three dimensional beings.
